The Graco range of electric airless paint sprayers make use of DC (direct current) open frame motors, DC TEFC (totally enclosed, fan cooled) and DC brushless motors. The correct motor for the selected unit drives a 2-stage gearbox moving the displacement pump, thus allowing the unit to pump paint.
