Graco Hydraulic Airless Spraying Machines

The Graco range of hydraulic airless sprayers use a "closed loop" supply system. The motor (electric or petrol) drives the hydraulic pump, which draws oil from a reservoir and pumps it to a hydraulic motor. This causes the motor to reciprocate (return the oil to the reservoir) which in turn drives the displacement pump, thus allowing the unit to pump paint through the spraying nozzle.

Selected Graco hydraulic airless paint spraying machines can be changed from petrol-powered to electric sprayers in under a minute without tools.
