Striping paints: some lines have to last for as many as 1,000,000 passages over them. New stringent laws and environmental concerns guarantee that paint will continue to evolve. Every 3 years Graco introduces a new range of linestripers to be ahead of the evolution.

LineLazer^™ series

Airless line striping solutions

Graco LineLazer^™ airless striping machines are the preferred airless stripers for all your jobs, be it from striping parking lots to high performance road lining. Materials that can be sprayed include the most heavy, low VOC, waterborne and rubberized traffic paints. These sprayers are ideally suited for continuous, both light and heavy duty line striping requirements. Graco Linelazer^™ airless striping machines are 100% compatible with waterborne paints and are designed to produce unmatched line quality for the professional striping and road marking contractor.

LineLazer^™ 3400

The totally new Graco Linelazer^™ 3400 is the ideal professional airless striper for smaller jobs. Although capable of striping only one line at a time, its size, light weight and new features make the LineLazer^™ 3400 ideal for maintenance work, parking lots, etc.

LineLazer^™ IV 3900

The Graco Linelazer^™ IV 3900 has been designed with all the new technologies of Linelazer IV to deliver precise and consistent lines. Ideal for striping larger parking lots and for road marking. The performance of this versatile airless striping machine meets the requirements of municipalities and small cities.

LineLazer^™ IV 5900

The Graco Linelazer^™ IV 5900 is essentially a heavy duty version of the 3900. It is capable of higher striping speeds, can accommodate larger guns and produce a larger fluid flow. Like the 3900 it has been designed with all the new technologies of Linelazer IV to deliver precise and consistent lines. Ideal for road marking. The performance of this versatile airless striping machine meets the requirements of municipalities and small cities.

LineLazer^™ IV 200 HS

This is the workhorse of the LineLazer family of airless stripers. It has the most flow and is powered by a very heavy duty hydraulic system, wiich makes it the best choice for intensive line striping. Used by large cities and airports, this machine will do everything from parking lots to street and road marking with unmatched production rate and trouble-free operation.

RoadLazer^™

The heavy duty line striper system

Graco's striping expertise extends further than just parking lots and streets. For many years, Graco has been able to satisfy many large road striping contractors with its range of RoadLazer products.

• Also available on a pallet version for mounting on the bed of a truck for long distance striping

RoadLazer^™ RoadPak^™

Havy duty modular airless road striping system

Welcome to a whole new world of airless road lining and striping solutions.

The Graco RoadLazer^™ RoadPak^™ system is a high production, modular airless striping system that comes in 8 ready-to-stripe models. You can design your own custom airless striping system that ideally fits your unique striping needs. You decide!

This new modular airless striping system allows you to either simply hook up an exclusive "Single Hitch" 1 or 2 pump striping system or, better yet, simply install an exclusive "Slide-In" 1 or 2 pump striping system.

With the RoadLazer^™ RoadPak^™ system you can now tackle all the tough jobs you've wanted to do with this more compact, simpler and highly productive airless road marking machine. With its modular design and unlimited vehicle use potential, the Graco RoadLazer^™ RoadPak^™ striping system is designed to make what once was too hard to do (stripe roads) or too costly to do (buy a Long Line truck) now as easy to use as a walk-behind striper. This all-new airless striping system is the work horse of choice for road lining contractors and will take care of all large scale, heavy duty road lining and striping contracting jobs.

The heart of the RoadLazer^™ RoadPak^™ is the heavy duty RPS 2900 hydraulic system. This proven performer was built off our highly reliable GH833 and then optimized for road striping. Its no-stall design provides the peace of mind you can only get from Graco designed products. With maximum pressure of 2900 psi, you'll see the difference this workhorse hydraulic system delivers in superior line quality.

The heavy-duty modular frame makes the system easy to use. Its small size allows it to fit most anywhere you need it to: from the back of a bakkie, the bed of a utility vehicle or a flat bed truck. This frame is built to last, and also makes it easy to add options and accessories in minutes.

ThermoLazer^™

Thermoplastic Handliner Systems

The Graco ThermoLazer^™ is a handliner to apply thermoplast materials, and is the logic ‘next step’ in Graco's commitment to continuously improve, and exceed the demands of professional striping contractors. The Thermolazer^™ offers the most user-friendly, innovative thermoplastic striping.

Parking lots, pedestrian crossings, signs, junctions, central reservations, bike paths, airports, drive-through areas-- no problem. The ThermoLazer^™ has been designed to melt down and apply almost all thermoplastic marking materials, alkyd as well as hydrocarbon, in bags and/or blocks.

A wide range of dies allows you striping of single lines (5 - 30 cm), dashed lines as well as double lines using the "double line" screed box. Using stencils allows you to draw legends, stop and warning signs.
